WELCOME TO

our CSA

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is way for consumers to buy local, seasonal, sustainably grown food directly from local farmers.  Local food is about health.  Fresh produce, grown by a local farmer without the use of pesticides and herbicides, is beneficial for your health and tastes better too. Local food is an investment in the future. Supporting local farmers today, you are helping to ensure that there will be farms in your community tomorrow.

How it Works....

We have a four week minimum on CSA subscriptions, each week you pick up at either our Turlock or Modesto pick up location.  In addition to vegetablesfree-range chickens to provide wonderful farm-fresh eggs to add to your CSA boxes.  Our chickens are rasied on non-medicated feed, garden scraps, and plenty of tasty bugs! Sustainably raised pork raised on organic grains, fresh eggs, goat milk and veggie overages.  We also breed and sell Nigerian Dwarf Dairy goats.  Check out our livestock pages under the Our Farm tab for more information.

Farm tours are available by appointment. We always appreciate your interest and support! Intern positions are currently available and volunteers are always welcome! For questions, comments, or suggestions, contact: mckinleyfarmers@yahoo.com
