CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 cup sugar

• 1/4 cup butter

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup buttermilk

• 2 1/2 cups flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 2 cups zucchini, grated

• 1/4 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

• Beat sugar, butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and buttermilk together, until well-mixed

• Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, and mix well

• Spread in greased 9×13 pan

• Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter

Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes
