Farm Stir-fry

Super easy & delicious!!
INGREDIENTS
Oil – Either Vegetable, coconut, stir fry oil blend, ect.
1-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1-2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Ginger, 1 inch piece (Grated)
Garlic, 1-2 cloves (Grated)
Meat of your choice
Cubed Veggies washed & chopped – (Bok Choy, Han Tsai Tai, Carrots, Leeks or Onion, Broccoli)
Rice (we like Jasmine rice) *Cook according to directions on bag.
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil of your choice and cook meat until browned and cooked thoroughly. Remove meat and set aside.
Add a little more oil (if needed) along with sesame seed oil and crushed red pepper to taste.
Add onion & carrot first for a minute then throw in all other veggies.
Add soy sauce, grate in garlic and ginger. Cook until tender and add back in meat to warm.
Serve over rice.
*Can be made with any and all veggies you have on hand.
